Ram Pothineni who rocked in ‘iSmart Shankar’ with his high voltage energetic performance is all set to repeat the successful sojourn with his upcoming flick ‘ Red’. The much-awaited theatrical trailer of the movie is released today and it is already getting a roaring response.
‘Red’ is an action entertainer and it is a remake of Tamil’s ‘Thadam’. Ram greets the audience in a dual role and the trailer which opens with a romance takes the viewers on a thrilling ride with the entry of the rugged-looking second version of ‘Ram’.
Producer Dil Raju who graced the event has hoped that this movie will put hero Ram on a different pedestal altogether. Besides, Raju is also thrilled with director Kishore Thirumala who looks soft coming up with this action thriller.
Nivetha Pethuraj, Malavika Nair, and Amritha Aiyer share screen in the female leads with the energetic star. ‘I enjoyed Ram’s energy in ‘iSmart Shankar’ and I am thrilled to watch the trailer on a big screen which we were eluded for long due to the pandemic.’ said Nivetha.
Thanking producer Sravanti Ravi Kishore and hero Ram for the opportunity, director Kishore Tirumala stated that this movie will provide all the entertainment which the cine-goers missed for ten months.
Sharing his opinion on watching movies in theatres, Ram Pothineni stated that none can match the excitement and experience of watching a film on big screens with the audience.

‘There might be many OTT platforms, but the high that gets in theatres is incomparable’ said Ram. This movie will hit the screens for Sankranti and it features Sonia Agarwal, Vennela Kishore, Sampath Raj, Charandeep, Posani Krishna Murali, and Nassar.
Hebah Patel is roped in to dance to the tunes of the special song ‘ Dinchak’. Sranvanti Ravi Kishore bankrolled this movie under his banner ‘ Sri Sravanti Movies’. Mani Sharma who powered ‘iSmart Shankar’ with his thumping numbers has rendered the music for ‘Red’ also.
