Actor Sonu Sood who is pro-active during the lockdown in extending a helping hand to the migratory workers and several other needy stated in an interview that he is not going to act anymore as a villain in the movies.
This decision of Sonu Sood has surprised many. Explaining the reason behind his decision, the actor revealed that Megastar Chiranjeevi refused to beat him up during the shoot of Acharya.
Sonu Sood is acting as a villain in Chiru’s 152nd film Acharya. ‘ Chiranjeevi sir expressed his reservations to bash me up in the movie by saying that the audience will not accept it and also said that he will end up as a baddie in the eyes of moviegoers for hitting me.’ explained Mr. Sood.
‘Also, there was a sequence in which Chiru sir has to keep his foot on me and it was also reshot.’ said the 47-year-old actor.
The Dabangg villain further revealed that he is being treated respectfully and several other makers are also changing the script according to his new image.
‘Besides, many are approaching me with the scripts to play a hero in their movies. There are few brilliant scripts right now in my hand and all of them are hero roles. So the new year is going to be a new beginning for me.’ shared Sonu Sood.
