Covid 2nd wave is forcing several movies to postpone their releases. Many films which are on the verge of seseeing light in theatres this month such as ‘Love Story, ‘Tuck Jagadish’ and etc have cancelled their releases. Now, Rana Daggubati’s ‘Virata Paravam’ also joined this list. The makers have officially confirmed the news and a new release date will be announced once normalcy restores.

Virata Paravam is directed by Venu Udugula and the film is jointly bankrolled by Sudhakar Cherukuri and Suresh Babu under the Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara banner. Sai Pallavi played the female lead in this Naxal back-drop movie set in the 1990s.

Actually, the movie is supposed to release on 30th April. But, the possibility of a new set of guidelines and also the audience’ apprehension to come to theatres with the increasing number of Covid-19 cases led to the postponement.
