Hi, I just came to know that Indian Government has set up a public grievance portal. Any Indian citizen can lodge her/his complaints at the site with a special grievance form. And what's very surprising is that you can also keep track of your previous grievances and know its progress. I visited a couple of blogs that actually say these grievances are seriously considered by the government officials. They accept grievances concerning twenty departments/issues. Here is the list:
I know this sounds a bit surprising. I think, at best, we can all try it out. I am so surprised that for a moment I cannot think of anything to grieve about! ;) Here's the web portal: http://pgportal.gov.in/
