A Winning Resume is one that effectively communicates what an Employer looks for in a potential candidate in view of the Job he is applying for. Now shall we list out all the important elements that a Resume should contain? I am starting: 1. First of all it should have a very brief snapshot that instantly communicates who you are and what your background is to the employer. Because an employer doesn't take much time to decide your eligibility. Please do add your points...
